Albin Pump designs and manufactures peristaltic pump tubing that our customers can count on for superior performance.
To achieve maximum reliability, we invest in high quality raw tubing materials such as natural rubber (NR), silicone, Tygon® and Viton®. Our engineered hose design perfectly balances strength and elasticity. The result is a peristaltic pump tube replacement portfolio that offers premium performance. Our peristaltic pump tubing life cycle is up to 30% longer than competitive hoses.
Replacement tubing is available for Albin Pump ALP Series in a variety of materials and with varying levels of reinforcement. In particular, we can divide peristaltic pump tubing into two categories:
- Non-reinforced tubes – primarily used for very low pressure transfer and dosing, and can support fluid pressure up to 2 bar (30 PSI)
- Reinforced tubes – can support pressures up to 4 bar (60 PSI) and are more suitable for light industrial applications
Albin Pump peristaltic pump tubing features unique color codes, located on the tube to facilitate the material identification.
Our replacement tubes are available in different lengths interchangeable with most major competitive pumps. Once retrofitted with an Albin Pump hose, competitive pumps reduce their total cost of ownership (TCO) thanks to an extended runtime before tubing failure.
